In all my years of using computers and dealing with computer techs I have never met anyone like David. He worked on my computer about six months ago and it runs perfectly.  It's an old IBM that really needs to be upgraded.  David fixed what was wrong, I think I had some kind of virus. He had to take it home with him, remove everything from the hard drive, re-install windows (don't even want to know what that means), then re-install everything just the way it was.  When my computer came back it worked like new and still does.  When my email wouldn't work after I switched ISP's, David was able to help me, on the phone and resolved the issue.  He does what he says he is going to do and doesn't stop until it&'s right.  If you want to know more, email me:  denise.koehn@comcast.net  

 

I met David around 2001. I think he was teaching at a computer school. At that time my three children were high school age and now they're in college, so I've kept David pretty busy over the years with the kids downloading things that mess up their computers. My wife and I both have computers and I have a laptop so that makes six computers in the house. David has helped us with upgrading the computers over the years and fixing any problems we've had. I recommend him to anyone. He's always been able to solve our problems and he never has charged a lot. David has let me use my computer for about a week to see if it worked ok before I paid him.

David is a really good guy. He helped me recently over the phone, which took about an hour or more, and he fixed my problem. He had me doing all kinds of things I'd never seen before but they worked. I had viruses and we got rid of them. He didn't even charge me...maybe because he knows I'm on a budget or maybe because we're in the same Sunday School class. Anyway, I was impressed and I recommend him. I've known David and his wife for a few years from church.
